CAI Automation provides digital automation solutions, including but not limited to:

  • AI-powered chatbots and voice assistants

  • CRM and workflow automation

  • SMS, email, and call tracking

  • Appointment scheduling and customer engagement tools

Our services are intended for business use only and may be customized to your company’s specific needs.


3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding or communication.

  • Use our tools in compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection and anti-spam regulations.

  • Obtain proper consent from your customers before sending automated SMS or emails through our systems.

You are solely responsible for any content, message, or data you send through our automation tools.


4. SMS & Communication Policy

By engaging with CAI Automation or any of its clients through text, form, or phone call, you consent to receive messages related to your inquiry, appointment, or service.

  • When you provide your mobile number and select the appropriate checkbox(es) on our website forms, you consent to receive SMS messages from CAI Automation for the selected purpose(s). “Service‑related messages” include appointment confirmations, reminders, missed‑call follow‑ups, and customer‑support responses. “Marketing messages” include special offers, promotions, and other marketing communications. You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of purchasing goods or services.

  • Message frequency varies based on the nature of your inquiry or subscription. You may receive multiple messages relating to a single appointment.

  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

  • You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.

  • You confirm that you own or are authorized to use the phone number you provide and that you will notify us if it changes.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, delivery failures, or third-party service interruptions.


5. Payment & Billing

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, all setup fees, subscription charges, and campaign fees are due as outlined in your service plan or invoice.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


6. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and systems provided by CAI Automation—including text, code, software, and media—remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our services for your business operations only.


7. Limitation of Liability

CAI Automation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Service interruptions

  • Data loss or corruption

  • Errors in automation or communication delivery

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to us within the past 3 months of service.


8. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with third-party platforms such as Twilio, GoHighLevel, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or Google.
You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any issues, outages, or policy changes that occur within these third-party systems.


9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account or campaign that violates these Terms, causes system abuse, or breaches applicable communication laws (including TCPA or CAN-SPAM).


10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
